Fashion for Good (FfG) is the global initiative that’s here to make all fashion good. FfG will enable the breakthrough innovation and widespread adoption of good fashion practice. We now open applications for the role of Communications Manager.

We seek a full-time Communications Manager to refine and execute FfG’s communications strategy. This is a key hire for FfG. While Fashion for Good’s branding strategy and initial communications model has been developed, the Communications Manager is responsible for its execution and continuous improvement in order to raise awareness of Fashion for Good, strengthen its credibility, and attract new partners and members.

  • Strong track record in developing and executing branding and communications strategies in a B2B (and ideally, B2C) environment
  • Experience in working in entrepreneurial and/or start-up settings
  • Ideally, deep experience in the apparel/fashion industry
  • Ability to act within a complex stakeholder environment
  • Expertise includes branding/identity development work as well as the execution of communications and PR strategies
  • Ability to prepare compelling talking points, professional presentations and other supporting materials as needed
  • Experience in the effective and efficient usage of digital communications channels as a major part of the entire channel mix


Advanced academic degree in a relevant area.


Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Dutch.
