The Good Fashion Fund (GFF) invests in the adoption of disruptive technologies and circular innovations in the textile & apparel production industry.
We help manufacturers and operators in building a restorative and regenerative apparel supply chain. This means the use of recyclable and safe materials, clean and less energy, closed-loop manufacturing and the creation of fair jobs and growth.
Our aim is to create “more good” instead of simply being “less bad.” To accomplish this, we fund capex that enables:
• Impact is core: Investments must significantly improve the positive impact of apparel manufacturing along the Five Goods
• Geography: We invest in India, Bangladesh and Vietnam
• Target investees: Textile & apparel manufacturers and operators
• Financing structures: Long-term debt and mezzanine debt for capex investments
As part of the Innovation Platform, the Good Fashion Fund is supported by founding partner C&A Foundation and run in partnership with our corporate partners. By facilitating access to these brands and retailers, we give relevant, replicable and scalable innovations the chance to hone product-market fit so they have the best possible chance of success.
